A huge thank you to Justin, Jeffery, and Chris at Freyaldenhoven Heating & Cooling! Our family will always recommend you guys! Chris and Jeffery spent hours working tirelessly on our AC unit, determined to get everything back up. When it became clear it would take more time, Justin went above and beyond by leaving his office to personally deliver and install a window unit so we could stay comfortable in the meantime. Their kindness, dedication, and exceptional customer service have been such a blessing! Highly, highly recommend there services!

The Office Staff was professional and worked to get us on the schedule when our AC went out…..on a Thursday before the Holiday Weekend. The Technician, Alyssa arrived promptly and was super quick to diagnose the problem. She corrected the issue, continued her diagnostics to ensure there wasn’t another problem and then checked everything again to ensure everything was operating as designed. Alyssa was very communicative and positive during the service visit. Her quick resolution in no short measure reshaped how the weekend was tracking. Great job once again and especially to Alyssa for continuing the always excellent service received from Freyaldenhoven!! Alyssa for the win….10/10 recommend!!

From making the appointment through the end of service the staff was a joy to work with! James did an excellent job explaining my problem and fixing it promptly! He was here and gone in less than hour. VERY happy with the results. They have all my business going forward!

We needed Freyaldenhoven to come out and fix our AC unit when we noticed it wasn’t cooling properly. Cory (Batman) came out and assessed our issue and diagnosed the issue with our unit and he was exceptional with his service!
